Wealthy US families sponsoring the rise of the Nazi war machine; "fascism" and "Marxism"; technocracy; the deep state; transhumanism; good vs. evil; and learning the historical lessons of Nazi Germany
A large percentage of the people simply refuse to see what is happening. The evil is just too scary and their minds cannot handle it. Even slight hints to what is going on result in angry responses and blind denial. The lies are too strong and they prefer to believe them. I am amazed by the power of the psyops and the brainwashing that is going on.
Yes. I have a section on cognitive dissonance in Chapter 6 of "Covid-19," Psychological Operations, and the War for Technocracy. As you say, the power of it is scary, especially when the programming is challenged and a visceral (over)reaction occurs...
Good to hear you respond to the notion of "neo-Marxism".
In "The Madness of Crowds" Douglas Murray has a whole chapter on "Cultural Marxism" which I think is nonsense, whereas in "How Woke Won" Joanna Williams has a chapter "From Class to Identity" where she convincingly argues that identity politics represents a rejection of Marxism: the struggle for economic and political equality has been forgotten. "Marxism. offers an analysis of society that is grounded in social class. Woke often fails to see social class at all".
It's no coincidence that the era of "woke" identity politics has coincided with the disappearance of campaigns like "Occupy Wall Street". Recently Tom Renz suggested we "Follow the Money" re the LBGT+ issue https://tomrenz.substack.com/p/transgender-agenda-following-the
while some years ago Cory Morningstar did a thorough dissection of the "Climate Crisis" theatre.
Yes, Marxism and identity politics/woke are incompatible. IMHO the latter are pushed hard by the ruling class to prevent people from thinking in terms of class. The term "cultural Marxism" causes confusion by conflating the two.
Also the misuse of Leftist. Recently Matt Goodwin (Professor of Politics and International Relations at Kent) posted this cartoon "The evolution of the Left(1950/1970/2000/2023)".
Disappointing in an academic. Just because in recent times Leftist has been misapplied almost universally doesn't make the new usage true. Any more than War is Peace or Freedom is Slavery.
I will look for it. I’m a newbie.
Great to have you on board.
Catherine Austin Fitts ..David Hughes..the best source of info. agree. what say you about Project 2025, Heritage Foundation? return to the Dark Ages?
"Project 2025 seeks to place the entire Executive Branch of the U.S. federal government under direct presidential control"
Reminds me of the Fuehrer principle in Nazi Germany.
HERITAGE FOUNDATION...ITS CATHOLIC
A bit surprised you would talk on genocide(s) and not breathe a word about the current genocide in Gaza?
I don't remember being asked about Israel/Palestine, but I have discussed Gaza elsewhere.

So many great interviews... can't keep up!
Haha, I'm recording another one in a couple of hours! Glad you find them worthwhile.
PS. You might also find "notes" useful -- some substackers always publish a link in "notes" as well.
Thanks, yes. I've not looked at "Notes" yet. What are the main benefits of using them?
Extremely worthwhile -- and your delivery is excellent, which makes the content all the more compelling. Hope the next one goes well!
