Admitting the insanely obvious but rarely so candidly, honestly stated: that black DOD/DARPA/HHS/CIA, etc. (ad nauseam) operations are AT LEAST 20 - 40 years ahead of what is disclosed or made available to the public & (my perspective) then it is purposefully made to appear as though it doesn't yet exist to any large degree or isn't well enough advanced (let alone field tested & operable) to raise any valid concerns or urgency (reinforcing the desired narrative that it will be years before we can seriously consider something that may in fact [& IMO is already being implemented, selectively further beta tested on live subjects in the targeted individual group] have real life application beyond animal studies or crude prototypical applications).
It's important to acknowledge & to explore these issues as they may even now be refining & readying aspects of them (many already implemented) for worldwide implementation/dissemination. There are, as has been pointed out, MANY microscopists and those with REALLY serious university/pharmaceutical high-powered equipment that are observing the self-assembly of geometric, synthetically-derived, nano-scaled technological mechanisms that respond to electromagnetic stimulation, generate MAC addresses, & are growing in predictable phases/stages into full-blown network apparatuses, not only for bi-directional communication, monitoring/surveilling, but also for the harvesting of bioenergy, the use of the human DNA as a computational node on a human mesh network via the IOB/WBAN, etc., AND the use of the network to perform accomplish data analyses/mining, computational work in concert with AI-based systems, & to
influence thinking & activities of subjects.
The biocovergence that seems a myth to the masses (those even aware of it) is indeed in progress - and while we are not privy to implicit detail (other than what whistleblowers & others in that field & those studying it disclose, what we can gather from patents & white papers [including what is detectable from observable events & activities] - the IEEE being one of the most
prolific & robust sources for in-depth information far exceeding ANYTHING the "medical" or "scientific" community (-ies) has (have) generated) about this matter as to the expansive nature &
maturity of its development, application & resulting production, we can be assured that this is a
significant source for the direction of funding, & the devotion of resources in its further pursuit.
