As for the claims that "Somebody has a remote for you, and they’re not going to give it up", I think she is talking about a group that calls itself "Targeted Individuals", or as per the Petition of a Writ Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the U.S in "Targeted Justice v. Garland", those are people listed in the Subcategories 3 and 4 of the TSDB (Terrorist Screening Database) maintained by the FBI. They all experience symptoms implied by Sabrina: constant surveillance, manipulation of bodily functions and emotions, mind control, brain degradation.
The connection between people being illegally listed in these subcategories and their common experience is to be discovered, once SCOTUS gives us a chance to have our day in court. Otherwise, reliable evidence for Sabrina's claims is carefully hidden under the shroud of secrecy.
Speculation: if "they" already have a remote control for everyone, they might be holding back from using it en mass so not to cross the 8% or so required for it to be common knowledge. Or, they use it in a very subtle way, just to make sure the control is functional and operational.

On geoengineered skies, I assume you've watched Dane Wigington's 2021 documentary "The Dimming". Harald Kautz-Vella also worth checking out.
