Thanks for another thoroughly researched analysis of the non-bomb event at Manchester Arena. What a total farce and staged photo op this so-called ‘evacuation’ was. I think Pighooey also found a couple of very suspicious photos of one of the injured ‘victims’, a woman, seemingly in a wheelchair at the evacuee staging area surrounded by police and not a medical person in sight. Then a shot which must have been later of very obviously the same woman walking out of the area unaided looking at her mobile phone (off duty crisis actor once all the drama shots had been obtained?). Images apparently found on Getty photos.
Exactly, it could be a mobile phone. But then there is a lead attached to it which looks like it goes to her lower left leg. All very strange unless it is some kind of control device for some crisis actor equipment. More puzzlingly why is that photo there on the Getty images website. There is another one too of her in a wheelchair with (fake?) blood on her blouse. (see Pighooey article) but she is all cleaned up in this walking image.
I purchased the permission rights for that photograph for £330, because it is important that public gets to see it. If anyone fancies helping me out with the cost, please do so here: https://davidahughes.net/support/
I don't necessarily think this is it because it does not quite fit but it is very odd that a cable is going to her left lower leg from something hand held:
"Crisis actors often use various devices and techniques to simulate injuries and enhance the realism of training exercises. One such device is the ReStore Soft Exo-Suit, which is primarily used for stroke rehabilitation but can also be adapted for crisis training scenarios. This device is a soft, lightweight, battery-powered assistive therapeutic device that is worn around the lower leg and connected to a waist pack via mechanical cables. The waist pack houses the integrated control unit and features a support handle for therapists to provide guarding and support to patients.
The ReStore Exo-Suit is designed to assist with gait training, helping to regain normal movements like plantar flexion and dorsiflexion. It can be individualized to various levels of assistance and compatibility with support aids, ensuring that therapists can customize it to different patients' needs. The device can be used on a treadmill or overground, with a maximum walking speed of 5 km/h (or 3.11 mph).
In crisis training exercises, similar devices or adaptations of the ReStore Exo-Suit could be used to simulate injuries and provide a more realistic training environment for first responders and medical personnel. These devices help create high-fidelity simulations, allowing trainees to practice their skills in scenarios that closely mimic real-world emergencies.
In which case, perhaps the three woman are working for the media, which would explain how they gained access. Perhaps the "wire" (if that is what it is) is leading off to the floor rather than to the left calf.

Oh my goodness, you think the woman in the mystery photograph from the end of the night is Claire Booth?
This lady you mean? (Link from Pighooey) It looks very odd https://www.gettyimages.co.uk/detail/news-photo/people-leave-victoria-station-adjacent-to-manchester-arena-news-photo/687004714
Yes, that's the one. What exactly is she holding, and why does there appear to be a tube leading from it to her left calf?

I have sent you a bank transfer. I would also be interested to see the full res image.
Thanks, Howard. Much appreciated.
Another possibility is that the device is connected to something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Upgrade-Headphones-Adapter-Certified-Lightning/dp/B0B2MR7WNH?th=1

It is all very ambiguous!
Getting the hi-res image may help to sort this out. I hope so. It would still seem rather odd to have a trailing wire like that.
